  • This program is purchased yearly at $99 / year. During the year, you can visit the program whenever you’d like, on your own schedule. If you only wish to purchase the program for one year, you can cancel your subscription when you set up your account or anytime during the first year of your membership.

    • medium strength resistance band (with door anchor)

    • free weights (one of each weight - 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25lb)

    • a good pair of walking/running shoes
